Vergänglichkeit (impermanence/mortality) is a meditation on the eventual passing of all existence into nothingness. It was created between September and December 2022.

The cover depicts a partially decomposed skeleton of an animal (possibly a hedgehog) I found while hiking.

The first track, "Die Vergänglichkeit allen Seins" (the impermanence of all being), is a 25 minute journey through hypnotic doomy riffs and droning textures. The second track, "Die unendliche Gleichgültigkeit des Kosmos" (the infinite indifference of the cosmos) is essentially an extended coda for the first track and dissolves its structure into almost pure drone ambient.

As always, fuck fascism and fuck war.
